Vitamin tea

Vitamin tea can support your body in early spring when it needs more vitamins.  

1. Fresh sea buckthorn berries;
2. The orange and lemon;
3. Some fresh and chopped ginger; 4. Green tea and Cinnamon stick;
5. Honey to taste.
Cooking method: Grind sea buckthorn berries, and put them in a thermo glass teapot. Add orange, lemon, ginger, tea, and cinnamon there. Pour boiling water over everything. Put the honey of your choice there and enjoy your vitamin tea.
