All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.
5. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
NYStep is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.
6. RETURN REQUEST DAYS
NYStep allows you to return its item (s) within a period of 30 days. Kindly be advised that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused.
7. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS
NYStep has the following options in the event there are items which are out of stock NYStep Cancel and refund out of stock items and ship remaining items in order.

Returns / Exchanges: as a valued customer we allow returns within 30 days of purchase and upon receipt of RMA number prior to returning. Customers are responsible for shipping of RMA product back to NYSTEP warehouse and to notify us of the return being shipped tracking and insurance information is required.
All unused items will be accepted for return within 30 days of original item shipment only with prior written RMA from NYSTEP and must be returned at customer’s expense. Only merchandise in unused, re-sellable condition and in the original packaging including all stickers and boxes will be processed for return. Please do not throw out boxes and packaging material when you receive your order. This will save you money on packaging and us damage claims.
Product may be returned only by the original customer making the purchase. NYSTEP may at its own discretion institute a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original merchandise value.
NYSTEP will inspect the product upon receipt and credits will be used on sellable merchandise in original packaging ONLY. No product may be returned without original packaging for any reason at any time.
